Tax Preparation
Using the latest software and our years of experience in preparing taxes, we can prepare your individual, partnership (including LLC's), estate, S-Corp, C-Corp, and nonprofit tax returns. In addition to your federal return, we can prepare any state return in the USA. We are competitively and reasonably priced and offer electronic filing. We can advise you about the best way to file your return and save you money through tax planning and tax savings. If you need help in organizing your information, we will provide you with ways to organize it yourself or you can bring in the documents (yes, even in shoeboxes) to be organized and classified. Depending on whether you have a refund or owe, we can determine the best way to handle your return through electronic filing, installment agreements, or other financing.
Payroll
We can provide preparation of all forms and returns relating to payroll and payroll taxes, including sales tax, head tax, state and federal withholding taxes (social security, Medicare, income tax, unemployment, and workers compensation), W-2's, W-3's, and 1099's. These services can be a part of a complete package including bookkeeping and year-end tax preparation, or they can be provided separately.
